Frequently asked questions
Does every plan include every module?
Yes. Invoicing, Team, Commerce, Projects and Store Health are in all four plans, the free one included. What changes from plan to plan are the limits: how many people, how many employees clock in, how many invoices a month, how many stores and how many audits.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices shown exclude VAT. The applicable tax is added to your subscription invoice according to your country and your tax situation.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. From Settings → Billing you open the payment portal and cancel or change plan yourself, without writing to anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing is deleted and nothing already running stops: employees already registered keep clocking in and your data stays where it is. What is blocked is adding more than the plan allows, until you move up.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. From Settings → Danger zone you can download a JSON copy of your organization's data whenever you want.
I was already a k-factu, k-fichaje or k-tasks customer. What happens to my account?
Those products are now Brymio modules and your account moved across with all its data. If you had a subscription, you keep the price you were already paying and move to the equivalent plan.
