Each series carries its own consecutive numbering, with no gaps. An issued invoice cannot be edited: to correct it you issue a credit note that cancels it.
Quotes that turn into invoices
You send the quote, the client accepts it from a public link and you turn it into an invoice without retyping a thing.
Client portal
Each client gets their own link to view and download their invoices, without giving them access to your account.
Expenses with OCR
Upload a photo of the receipt or the supplier's PDF and the system reads the amount, the date and the supplier. You just confirm.
Bank reconciled
Import movements as CSV or Norma 43 and the matching rules pair them with your invoices and expenses.
Taxes ready
Returns 303, 130 and 347 are calculated from what you invoiced and spent in the period, and the tax calendar reminds you of the deadlines.
Verifactu engine built in
Every invoice generates its chained hash, its QR code and its XML record following the AEAT's official specification. Telematic submission stays off until the legal window opens.
Recurring invoices and accountant access
Invoices that repeat every month go out on their own. Your accountant gets their own access to the books, on the PYME and Empresa plans.
