Terms of service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms govern the use of Brymio (www.brymio.com), the platform operated by Krokanti Games SL. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

What you are subscribing to

Brymio is a single platform with five modules — Invoicing, Team, Commerce, Projects and Store Health — built for small Spanish companies and self-employed professionals. Each organisation enables the modules it needs and disables them whenever it likes; disabling a module is free, reversible and deletes nothing.

Acceptance

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 16 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Brymio on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Accounts

Your account is created and held by Brymio. You can sign in with email and password, with a one-time link sent to your email, with two-step verification through an authenticator app, or with Google. The old Krokanti Account single sign-on no longer exists. You are responsible for your credentials and for what is done from your account; if you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and sign out everywhere from your settings.

Employees in the Team module have their own sign-in, separate from that of the organisation's members: password, email link, passkey or a PIN on the company's shared kiosk. They can only reach their own employee area, never the organisation's administration.

Organisations and roles

Everything in Brymio belongs to an organisation, not to a person: every user has a personal workspace and may also belong to other organisations. The roles are owner, admin, member, accountant and viewer, in descending order of permissions, and a member can be restricted to specific modules. The owner is responsible for the subscription, for who is invited and for which modules are enabled.

Plans and billing

Brymio is billed per organisation, not per user. There are four plans and all of them include the five modules; what changes are the limits:

  • Gratis — €0/month: 1 member, 2 employees, 10 invoices a month, 1 store with up to 200 products and 2 audits a month. No API access.
  • Autónomo — €7/month: 1 member, 5 employees, unlimited invoices, 1 store with up to 1,000 products, 10 audits a month and API access (60 requests per minute).
  • PYME — €19/month: 5 members, 25 employees, unlimited invoices, 3 stores with up to 5,000 products each, 50 audits a month, access for your accountant and API access (300 requests per minute).
  • Empresa — €49/month: 25 members, 100 employees and everything else unlimited, with API access (600 requests per minute) and priority support with onboarding.

Payment is taken through Stripe, monthly or annually. The annual plan is charged as ten months: €70, €190 or €490 a year. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and we do not refund the current period.

Prices exclude VAT. The applicable tax is added to your subscription invoice.

When you reach a plan limit we tell you, and you will not be able to create more items of that kind until you upgrade — but we never lose or hide what you already have. If you downgrade, your data stays where it is: you simply cannot add more.

Your data is yours

What you upload or connect stays yours: your invoices, your team's punches, your store's catalogue and customers, your projects and your notes. We do not sell it, we do not share it and we do not use it to train AI models. You can download a full JSON copy from settings at any time, and the PDFs and CSVs each module generates are equally yours. When you trigger an AI feature, the content needed is sent to the corresponding provider, which processes it to answer that request under its own terms; those providers are listed in the privacy policy.

Invoicing: what we guarantee and what we do not

Brymio supplies the tool; the content of your invoices and their fiscal correctness are yours. We guarantee gapless sequential numbering, that an issued invoice can no longer be altered and that it is chained by a cryptographic hash. We are not tax advisers: the tax summaries and the AI assistant's answers are guidance, so check them with your accountant before filing anything. Automatic submission of records to the Spanish tax agency (Veri*factu) is not yet active in production; when it is, we will announce it and explain it here.

Team: the time register

Keeping the time register is the employer's obligation (art. 34.9 of the Workers' Statute), not ours. Brymio records each punch with the server clock, hash-chains it so it cannot be altered, stores corrections separately with their author and reason, keeps the register for four years and lets you export it as PDF and CSV for an inspection. What we cannot do for you is use it properly: informing your staff, negotiating with worker representatives where required, deciding whether to enable geolocation and collecting each person's consent are your decisions and your responsibility.

Commerce: your store

When you connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store you authorise us to read from and write to it with the credentials you give us, and only for what you ask. The bulk changes you run — prices, stock, archiving products — really do apply to your store: check the preview before confirming, because they cannot always be undone. You can disconnect the store whenever you like.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Brymio to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract Brymio's source code.
  • Scrape data automatically or overload the infrastructure beyond normal API use.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a company.
  • Upload malicious content or data intended to disrupt the service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to Brymio without our written consent.

API usage limits

API access is limited per plan and per token: 60 requests per minute on Autónomo, 300 on PYME and 600 on Empresa; the Gratis plan includes no API. Calls to Shopify and WooCommerce are additionally subject to those platforms' own limits, which we do not control. We may throttle or suspend usage that degrades the service for everyone else.

Intellectual property

Brymio — its code, design, documentation and brand — belongs to Krokanti Games SL. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while the subscription is active. Your data and your content remain yours.

Liability

Brymio is provided "as is". We take care, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. To the extent Spanish law allows, our total liability is limited to what you have paid for Brymio in the twelve months before the claim. None of this limits the rights the law gives consumers or liability that cannot be excluded.

Cancellation and closing your account

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently or stops paying. Download your JSON copy before you go: deleting an organisation makes it inaccessible and, after 30 days, deletes it. What the law requires us to keep is kept, as explained in the privacy policy.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. Any dispute falls to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the jurisdiction you are entitled to if you are acting as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will tell you by email or inside the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use Brymio afterwards means you accept them.
