What it does

A record compliant with article 34.9
Every punch is stored with the server's clock and hash-chained to the previous one: it cannot be deleted or edited. Corrections are recorded separately, with their reason and their author.
Clock in from wherever the work happens
Phone, computer, a shared kiosk with a six-digit PIN or the Telegram bot. Paid plans add the magic link, Google and passkeys. Geolocation is optional and asked for with consent.
Absences and holidays
The worker requests, you approve or decline with a note, and the team calendar shows who is away each day. Holiday allowance is prorated to the contract.
Hour balance and public holidays
Expected hours against hours worked, with national and regional public holidays, adjustable worker by worker.
Payslips and documents with a receipt
You publish the payslip or the document, the worker gets the notice, and when they received it is on the record. Available on the paid plans.
Notices where people actually look
Email, the notification bell, push notifications and Telegram: a forgotten punch, a decision on an absence, a new payslip.
Compliance alerts
Days over nine hours and rests under twelve hours between shifts are flagged automatically, and each month you get the report with its CSV.
Export the record
Download the record as PDF or CSV for an inspection or for your accountant, with the detail of every day and every correction.
