Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most about Brymio. If it is not here, ask the assistant or write to us.

About Brymio

What is Brymio?

Web-based management software for freelancers and small businesses in Spain. One account brings together invoicing, working-time records and basic HR, job offers, your Shopify or WooCommerce store, your team's projects and documentation, audits of your website and the search for your store.

Who is behind Brymio?

Krokanti Games SL, a Spanish company. You can write to us at info@krokanti.com or from the contact page.

Do I pay for each module? Can I use just one?

You don't pay per module: every module is included in every plan, the free one too, and the plan only changes the limits. Each company switches on the ones it needs in Settings → Modules and can switch them off at any time without losing data.

How do I get started?

Create a free account (no card needed), confirm your email and switch on your first module. The free plan is free forever and lets you try every module, so there is no trial period for the paid plans.

Does it work on mobile? In which languages?

Yes. Brymio works in your phone's browser and can be installed on the home screen as an app, with shortcuts to clock in, create an invoice or your tasks for the day. There is no native app in the app stores. It is available in Spanish, English, French, German and Portuguese.

Plans and pricing

How much does it cost?

There is a Free plan, free forever, and four paid plans: Autónomo (€19.99 a month), PYME (€59.99), Empresa (€119) and Corporate (€239). Prices exclude VAT. Paying yearly costs ten months: two are free. Every plan includes every module; what changes are the limits.

What does the free plan include?

Every module, with limits: 1 member, 2 employees who clock in, 10 invoices a month, 3 projects, 1 store with up to 200 products, 2 website audits a month and 1 open job offer at a time. The API and the AI features start with the Autónomo plan.

What happens if I reach my plan's limit?

Nothing is deleted and nothing that already works stops: your employees keep clocking in and your data stays there. Only adding more than the plan allows is blocked until you move up. Moving to a lower plan does not delete data either.

Can I change plan or cancel whenever I want?

Yes. The owner of the organization does it in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription, without writing to anyone. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid. Payment is by card through Stripe.

What if I need more than the Corporate plan?

For high volume, several companies in the same group, a custom deployment or an integration that does not exist yet, write to us from the contact page choosing "Custom plan" and we will talk it through.

Modules

Does Brymio's time tracking meet the mandatory working-time record in Spain?

Yes, it is built for article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute: each clock-in is stored with the server's time, chained to the previous one and cannot be deleted or edited; corrections are recorded separately with their reason and author. The record is kept for four years and can be downloaded as PDF or CSV for an inspection or your accountant.

How do my employees clock in?

From their phone or computer, at a shared kiosk (a tablet) with a six-digit PIN, or with the Telegram bot. Geolocation is optional and needs the employee's consent. Employees do not take member seats: they count towards your plan's employee limit. There is no biometric clock-in.

Can I publish job offers?

Yes, with Hiring. Each offer gets its own public page on brymio.com with the data for Google for Jobs and an application form; applications land in a pipeline by stages, you schedule interviews and, when you hire, you add the person to Team. Candidate data is kept for 12 months by default, a period you can change. It does not post to job boards automatically.

Is Brymio ready for VERI*FACTU?

Brymio includes the VERI*FACTU engine following the Spanish Tax Agency's specification: chained fingerprint, QR code and record for each invoice. Each company switches it on in Invoicing → Settings → VERI*FACTU, on a paid plan. The obligation starts in 2027 and submission to the Tax Agency is not open in Brymio yet; if you need it now, write to us.

Does Brymio calculate my taxes?

It calculates the Spanish forms 303, 130 (freelancers under direct assessment) and 347 from your invoices and expenses, and reminds you of the deadlines. It does not calculate forms 111, 115 or 390 or corporate income tax, and it does not file anything with the Tax Agency: you or your accountant file with those figures.

Can my accountant log in?

Yes, from the PYME plan. You invite them with the Accountancy role: they work in Invoicing (invoices, expenses, bank and taxes) and see the rest read-only. You also decide which modules each person can open.

Which online stores does it connect to?

Shopify and WooCommerce. It imports products, stock, orders and customers, lets you edit the catalogue in bulk and issues the invoice for each order with the VAT the store calculated. A Shopify store connected with the Brymio app can be edited directly from Brymio, with history and undo. There is no Magento or PrestaShop connection.

What does Store Health measure?

It audits your website with Google's PageSpeed Insights plus SEO, accessibility and best-practice checks, and gives you a list of issues sorted by what improves the most. From the PYME plan you can audit several pages, security and a competitor's website, and download the report.

What does Projects offer?

Pages for your team's documentation, with a full editor, and databases with board, table, calendar and timeline views for tasks. There are comments with mentions, history, private pages or pages shared with specific people, and export to ZIP and CSV.

Account, security and data

How do I sign in? Is there two-step verification?

With email and password, with a sign-in link by email or with Google. You can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app in My account → Security, and sign out of all your devices from there. There is no corporate single sign-on (SSO or SAML).

Can I invite my team with different permissions?

Yes. In Settings → Members you invite with a role: admin, member, accountancy or view only. You can also limit each person to some modules and grant specific permissions, such as managing staff or job applications. The number of members depends on the plan.

Where is my data and who can see it?

The application and the database are in Frankfurt (European Union), encrypted in transit and at rest, with a copy of the database every night. Your store credentials are stored encrypted and API tokens only as a fingerprint. Within your organization each person sees what their role allows. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Do you use my data to train artificial intelligence?

No. The AI features (reading a receipt, summarising a page, the tax advisor…) only send an AI provider the content of that task and only when you start it, and your data is not used to train models.

Can I take my data with me or delete my account?

Yes. Each module exports its own data (the working-time record as PDF or CSV, the tax export in Invoicing, Projects pages as a ZIP) and Settings → Danger zone downloads a JSON copy of the organization and Commerce. From there the owner can delete the organization, and each person can delete their account in My account → Danger zone. Invoices and the working-time record are kept for as long as the law requires.

API and integrations

Is there an API?

Yes, from the Autónomo plan. An admin creates tokens in Settings → API tokens, each with its own access level, and they are used against https://www.brymio.com. Projects, Invoicing and Commerce have an API and Projects sends signed webhooks. There is no public API reference yet.

Can I connect Brymio to Claude or another AI assistant?

Yes, on the paid plans: Invoicing, Projects and Commerce have an MCP server. Settings → API tokens shows the addresses and the configuration to paste; Claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect without a token, choosing the organization and access level on a consent screen, and you can revoke it at any time.

Help

How do I contact the team?

From the contact page, from the assistant in the bottom right corner (when it cannot solve something, it passes you on to the team without leaving the conversation) or by email to info@krokanti.com. A person will reply.

I used k-factu, k-fichaje or k-tasks. What happens to my account?

Those products are now Brymio modules: Invoicing, Team and Projects. Your account and data moved to Brymio, the old addresses bring you here and, if you had a subscription, you keep your price on the equivalent plan.

Can't find the answer?

A person from the team will reply.
