Brymio or Anfix: how they differ
Anfix is cloud software for invoicing, bookkeeping and taxes for freelancers, companies and accounting firms. Brymio is modular business software for freelancers and small businesses in Spain, with invoicing, time tracking, hiring, online store, projects and website audits on every plan. Here is what each one does better, and their prices and limits as they publish them.

What Anfix does better
- It does full bookkeeping (automatic journal entries, journal and general ledger, balance sheets) from the Empresarial plan (€69.99 a month). Brymio does not do double-entry bookkeeping.
- It prepares more tax forms: for VAT, 303, 340, 347, 349, and 390 from Avanzado; for income tax, 111, 115, 130, 131, 180, and 190 from Empresarial; and for corporate tax, 200 and 202 from Empresarial. Brymio calculates forms 303, 130 and 347.
- It includes VERI*FACTU on every plan and says it is approved by the five tax agencies in Spain. Brymio's engine is built for the State Tax Agency, not for TicketBAI, and for now it sends its records to the test environment.
- Its paid plans start lower: Básico costs €5.99 a month, with 60 invoices a year and VERI*FACTU. Brymio's first paid plan, Autónomo, costs €19.99 a month.
- It connects directly to your banks on all its plans. Brymio imports transactions as CSV or Norma 43.
- It has a mobile app on every plan and phone support from Profesional. Brymio works in the phone's browser and installs on the home screen.
- It has been on the market longer: its website mentions more than 10 years, more than 30,000 businesses and a 9.4 rating from its customers. Brymio is a young product from a small company.
What Brymio does better
- It has a free plan with no end date and no card, with 10 invoices a month and every module. Anfix offers a 15-day trial; its pricing page has no free plan.
- It keeps the working-time record required by article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute, with absences and holidays, on every plan. Anfix says on its website that it does not handle the employment side.
- Invoices have no limit from the Autónomo plan (€19.99 a month). In Anfix they have a yearly cap except on Premium (€99.99 a month): 60 on Básico and 300 on Avanzado.
- Projects and the online store are included in the price, as are Hiring, Store Health and Search. In Anfix, Stock and Projects are additional modules.
- The API is available from the Autónomo plan (€19.99 a month), with an MCP server for AI assistants. In Anfix, API integration comes with the Premium plan (€99.99 a month).
- If you sell on Shopify or WooCommerce, Brymio runs the catalogue and the orders, and the invoice comes from the order with the per-line VAT the store calculated. Anfix has a Shopify app that records sales, customers and their invoices.
